- Điều kiện hoàn thành kiểm thử:
NSD có thể upload được lịch công tác lên hệ thống
Cán bộ tổng hợp lịch công tác của Văn phòng có thể xem được lịch công tác của Ban lãnh đạo và Ban giám đốc Chi nhánh
Ban lãnh đạo có thể xem được lịch công tác của các phòng, ban tại TSC
Ban giám đốc Chi nhánh có thể xem được lịch công tác của các phòng, ban tại Chi nhánh
- Cách thực hiện:
Sử dụng các account được phân quyền tương ứng cho thư mục để thực hiện giao dịch theo từng bước
Chú ý: + không sử dụng chức năng gửi email tới NSD khi chia sẻ tài liệu để tránh tình trạng spam email tới NSD thực tế. Chỉ sử dụng chức năng gửi thông báo qua hệ thống
+ Bám theo qui trình nghiệp vụ được điều chỉnh ở bước UAT để thực hiện kiểm thử
