Trong trường hợp huỷ Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng, Bên Mua sẽ trả lại hàng hoá đã nhận cho Bên Bán tại kho của Bên Mua, và Bên Bán phải hoàn trả lại cho Bên Mua các khoản tiền mà Bên Mua đã thanh toán cho Bên Bán và Bên Bán phải chịu phạt hoặc bồi thường thiệt hại bằng tám phần trăm (8%) tổng giá trị Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng.
