Năm học lớp 9, em có tham gia một cuộc thi tìm hiểu lịch sử về biển đảo quê hương do tỉnh tổ chức. Để tham gia cuộc thi, mỗi trường phải chọn ra năm em đại diện và lập thành một nhóm. Mục đích là để khuyến khích tinh thần học tập và hiểu rõ hơn về lịch sử biển đảo. Có tất cả là 6 trường dự thi với 6 nhóm khác nhau.
