WB hỗ trợ Việt Nam xây dựng Cổng thông tin thương mại quốc gia

Tuyên bố hợp tác nhằm hỗ trợ Việt Nam triển khai Hiệp định Tạo thuận lợi thương mại của Tổ chức Thương mại thế giới (WTO) đã được ký giữa đại diện Tổng cục Hải quan và Ngân hàng Thế giới (WB), ngày 12/1, tại Hà Nội.
Theo Tuyên bố, WB cam kết sẽ hỗ trợ Tổng cục Hải quan xây dựng Cổng thông tin Thương mại quốc gia (VTIP) và thành lập Ủy ban quốc gia về Tạo thuận lợi thương mại nhằm giúp Việt Nam hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ liên quan quy định trong Hiệp định tạo thuận lợi thương mại (TF) của WTO dựa trên những đánh giá về mức độ sẵn sàng triển khai các cam kết của các bộ ngành liên quan.
Cổng thông tin Thương mại quốc gia (VTIP) sẽ được thiết kế để tạo thuận lợi cho các nhà xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu, cung cấp dịch vụ vận tải (Logistics) và các cơ quan Chính phủ liên quan; tạo điều kiện tiếp cận dễ dàng các quy định pháp luật, quy trình chuẩn hóa, và các thông tin liên quan tới thuế quan; giúp giảm nguy cơ hiểu sai và nhầm lẫn liên quan tới các giao dịch xuất-nhập khẩu mà có thể gây chậm trễ đối với hoạt động logistics tại các cửa khẩu.

WB supports Vietnam to build national trade portalStatement of cooperation to support Vietnam implement trade facilitation agreements of the World Trade Organization (WTO) has been signed between the customs administration and representatives of the World Bank (WB), 12/1, in Hanoi.According to the statement, the WB is committed to support Of the Bureau of customs to build national trade portal (VTIP) and established a National Committee on trade facilitation to help Vietnam fulfill the relevant obligations specified in the agreement on trade facilitation (TF) of the WTO based on the reviews of the level of readiness to implement the commitment of the Union the view.National trade portal (VTIP) will be designed to facilitate the export, import, provide transportation services (Logistics) and the relevant government agencies; facilitates easy access to the provisions of the law, standard procedures, and information related to tariffs; help reduce the risk of misinterpretation and confusion related to the export-import transactions that could cause delays for logistics operations at the gate.
