Lời đầu tiên tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn lãnh sự quán vì đã cho tôi một cơ hội để giải trình. Tôi có nhận được thư của lãnh sự vào ngày 22/7/2016 đề cập những lần bị từ chối visa Mỹ của tôi trước đây. Tôi cam đoan tôi hoàn toàn vô ý vì lúc tôi điền đơn online tôi chỉ nghĩ đên việc tôi đã từng bị từ chối thị thực canada một lần vào năm ngoái.

Vào cuối năm 2014, tôi đang là sinh viên trường năm hai tại Đại Học Quốc Tế Đại học quốc gia thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Lúc đó bố mẹ tôi có dự định cho tôi đi du học nước ngoài để được học ở một môi trường học tập tốt hơn để tốt hơn cho sự nghiệp của tôi sau này bởi vì tôi là con trai duy nhất trong gia đình, tôi có trách nhiệm để chăm sóc bố mẹ tôi lúc họ về già. Sau đó, bố mẹ tôi đã đăng kí tại công ty tư vấn du học Vietnamese Intelligence Company để chuẩn bị hồ sơ du học cho tôi theo diên visa F1. Được sự chỉ dẫn của công ty và tôi chỉ đi phỏng vấn nhưng không biết vì lí do gì lãnh sự quán Mỹ từ chối visa của tôi.
Sau vài tháng năm 2015 với kết quả này công ty tư vấn Vietnamese Intelligence Company do mẹ tôi nhờ lại tiếp tục đăng kí phỏng vấn cho tôi lần thứ hai. Kết quả là tôi lại bị từ chối và cũng không biết lí do. Nhưng nhìn nhận lại kết quả tôi nghĩ rằng do chị ruột tôi đang định cư ở Mỹ nên lãnh sứ quán Hoa Kỳ không cấp thị thực cho tôi.
Lúc đó, bố mẹ tôi rất buồn vì việc tôi không được đi du học. Vì vậy tôi muốn làm bố mẹ tôi vui bằng cách âm thầm nộp hồ sơ đi du học Canada. Tôi đã tự điền và nộp hồ sơ thông qua những gì tôi tìm hiểu trên Internet. Vì tôi còn trẻ nên đã không chuẩn bị hồ sơ rõ ràng, kết quả là hồ sơ của tôi bị lãnh sự quán canada từ chối vì thiếu nguồn tài chính. Một lần nữa ước vọng của tôi và gia đình không được như ý muốn. Sau đó tôi tiếp tục học và làm việc tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và tôi sẽ tốt nghiệp trong kì chính năm sau. Cùng thời điểm đó tôi có tham gia các lớp học máy tính, bảo hiểm và marketing. Kết quả là tôi được công ty Asian Resources nhận vào làm việc và phụ trách về phần marketing. Công ty tôi chuyên về thiết kế web, gia công phần mềm và dịch vụ quảng cáo. Qua những kinh nghiệm thị trường cho tôi thấy được sự hấp dẫn của Bảo Hiểm và Tư Vấn môi giới hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu nên tôi và những người bạn của tôi và sự giúp đỡ của anh tôi đã lập ra công tu tư vấn FTA và tôi là người đại diện pháp luật cho công ty.
