Trước khi nghiệm thu những bộ phận, hạng mục công trình hoặc công trình, nếu Bên B phát hiện có dấu hiệu không đảm bảo chất lượng mà không phải do lỗi của Bên B thì bên B phải thông báo cho Bên A bằng văn bản để thống nhất các bên cùng bàn bạc giải pháp xử lý triệt để.
