1. Định kỳ vào Quý I của năm liền kề tiếp theo, Bộ Tài chính tổng hợp, báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ tình hình các khoản vay, khoản phát hành trái phiếu được Chính phủ bảo lãnh, các nội dung chính gồm:
a) Tình hình và số liệu cụ thể các khoản vay, khoản phát hành trái phiếu đã cấp bảo lãnh trong năm trước đó;
b) Số liệu lũy kế đến hết năm trước đó của tất cả các khoản vay, khoản phát hành trái phiếu được Chính phủ bảo lãnh;
c) Đánh giá chung tình hình thực hiện hạn mức bảo lãnh của năm trước đó;
d) Đánh giá chung tình hình thực hiện nghĩa vụ của người được bảo lãnh;
đ) Kết quả đạt được, hạn chế, vướng mắc về cấp và quản lý bảo lãnh và các kiến nghị.
2. Bộ Tài chính báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ những vấn đề phát sinh đột xuất trong quá trình quản lý khoản vay, khoản phát hành trái phiếu được Chính phủ bảo lãnh.
