Điều 24. Chuyển nhượng quyền, nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng
24.1. Nhà đầu tư (Bên chuyển nhượng trong trường hợp này) có quyền chuyển nhượng một phần hoặc toàn bộ quyền và nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng BOT này cho Bên cho vay hoặc nhà đầu tư khác (Bên nhận chuyển nhượng).
