(i) Yêu cầu đòi tiền bằng văn bản của Bên nhận bảo lãnh (do người đại diện có thẩm quyền ký), trong đó ghi rõ nghĩa vụ mà Bên được bảo lãnh đã không thực hiện đúng theo quy định về phương thức thanh toán trong Hợp đồng;
(ii) Bản gốc thư bảo lãnh này;


(iii) Tài liệu chứng minh Bên được bảo lãnh vi phạm nghĩa vụ thanh toán theo Hợp đồng số DB – SNG ngày 14/03/2016;
Thư bảo lãnh này có hiệu lực 50 ngày kể từ ngày…. tháng 10 năm 2016 đến hết 16h00’ ngày………….

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
