Trong xu thế hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế, quan hệ thương mại và giao lưu quốc tế ngày càng phát triển, không thể phủ nhận Ngân hàng luôn là 1 trong các tổ chức tài chính hết sức quan trọng trong nền kinh tế. Hệ thống ngân hàng vừa là nơi cung cấp nguồn vốn to lớn, vừa là công cụ để nhà nước điều tiết vĩ mô nền kinh tế đồng thời cũng là cầu nối tài chính quốc gia và tài chính quốc tế. Do đó, để giữ vững và phát triển nền kinh tế đất nước trong điều kiện hiện nay thì một trong những nhiệm vụ hàng đầu chính là ổn định và phát triển hệ thống ngân hàng quốc gia.
Nhằm tiếp cận thực tế và tự hoàn thiện kiến thức cho bản thân sau bốn năm học tại khoa Tiếng Anh thương mại_ trường Đại học Thương mại, em đã may mắn có cơ hội tham gia thực tập tại Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam_chi nhánh Thành Đô . Sau 1 tháng tham gia thực tập từ ngày 04/1/2016 đến ngày 28/1/2016, nhận được sự giúp đỡ và chỉ bảo tận tình củacác anh chị trong phòng Khách hàng doanh nghiệp, em đã có cơ hội để có được những kinh nghiệm làm việc và thu thập thông tin quí báu.
