Uber Việt Nam vừa ra thông báo tới khách hàng tăng giá cước lên 25%. Điều này đồng nghĩa, giá cước của Uber ngang bằng, và thậm chí cao hơn cả taxi truyền thống, điều này khiến rất nhiều khách hàng bức xúc.
Cụ thể, từ ngày 4/11 thay vì mức cước giá tối thiểu (mức giá khi hành khách đã đặt nhưng lại hủy chuyến) là 5.000 đồng lúc ban đầu, hay ở thời điểm gần đây khoảng 10.000 đồng, thì hiện nay cước giá tối thiểu cho uberX tại Hà Nội là 15.000 đồng.
