Nếu có bất kỳ hình thức bảo hành nào, trách nhiệm của bên bán sẽ chỉ giới hạn ở việc thay thế, sửa chữa hàng hoá khuyết tật.
Hợp đồng này tạo nên sự nhất trí toàn bộ giữa các bên và thay thế mọi thông tin, thoả thuận hoặc cam kết trước đây xét về đối tượng của hợp đồng . Hợp đồng này không được phép sửa đổi , bổ sung hay chấm dứt trừ khi có thoả thuận bằng văn bản của bên bán và bên mua

If there is any form of warranty, the liability of the seller will be limited in the replacement and repair of the goods defects.This contract constitutes the entire consensus between the parties and replaces all information, previous commitments or agreements regarding the subject of the contract. This contract is not allowed to modify, supplement or terminate unless agreed in writing by the seller and the buyer
