Sẽ thường xuyên đi kiểm tra công tác đào tạo OJT tại BP trong những ngày tới.
+ Hỗ trợ đào tạo các chương trình có liên quan (Ngoài các nghiệp vụ chuyên môn nghề của BP) cho nhân viên nếu HOD thấy cần và đề nghị.
+ Tổ chức huấn luyện chương trình Dịch vụ khách hàng ưu việt (Như kế hoạch đào tạo tháng 5, đã gửi) với tổng cộng 04 lớp trong tháng 5: Các BP hỗ trợ sắp xếp và hỗ trợ cho NV tham dự đầy đủ nhất có thể. Chương trình này sẽ được xem như chương trình bắt buộc tham gia đối với tất cả nhân viên khối vận hành.
