tôi là một LEAN manager của Intel Products Vietnam và tôi phải thiết lập dự án LEAN về việc sản xuất chipset cho điện thoại thông minh Lenovo trong vòng 3 tháng. Dự án được diễn ra ở xưởng chế tạo A9 và đồng đội của tôi bao gồm LEAN manager, engineers, specialist, technicians. Vì thế tôi sẽ viết ba email bao gồm email thứ nhất cho General Manager, thứ hai cho Mr.Q (Prodcution manager) và email cuối cùng là cho Mr.A (the line leader), Mr.E (engineer), Mr.C (operator). Nội dung của ba email đề cập đến vấn đề quản lý con người và các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.

I'm a LEAN manager of Intel Products Vietnam and I must set the Project LEAN about the production of chipsets for Lenovo Smartphone within 3 months. The project is taking place in the manufacture A9 and covering my teammates LEAN manager, engineers, technicians, specialist. So I will write three emails including email for General Manager, second for Mr. Q (Prodcution manager) and the final email is for Mr. A (the line leader), Mr. E (engineer), Mr. C (operator). The content of the three emails referring to human management issues and problems arising in the process of production.
