+ Chấp hành các tiêu chuẩn, đảm bảo an toàn hóa chất theo quy định của Nghị định số 68/2005/NĐ-CP ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2005 của Chính phủ về an toàn hóa chất. Doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm chấp hành các quy định của Luật hóa chất; Nghị định số 108/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 07 tháng 10 năm 2008 của Chính phủ hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật hóa chất và các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật có liên quan quy định về hoạt động hóa chất; Nghị định số 104/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 09 tháng 11 năm 2009 của Chính phủ quy định danh mục hàng nguy hiểm và vận chuyển hàng nguy hiểm bằng phương tiện giao thông cơ giới đường bộ; Thông tư số 02/2004/TT-BCN ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2004 của Bộ Công nghiệp (nay là Bộ Công thương) quy định danh mục hàng nguy hiểm, vận chuyển hàng nguy hiểm bằng đường bộ.
