Tiến hành hoạt động R&D trong lĩnh vực điện tử: Từ ngân sách hoặc kêu gọi kết hợp đầu tư từ các tập đoàn điện tử lớn có mặt tại Việt Nam như Samsung, Intel, Sony, Canon.
