KẾ HOẠCH
Tổ Chức Chiến dịch Xuân tình nguyện 2016

I. MỤC ĐÍCH – YÊU CẦU:
1. Mục đích:
Phát huy tinh thần xung kích tình nguyện vì cộng đồng của sinh viên Đồng Tháp nói chung và sinh viên Lấp Vò đang học tập tại TP.HCM;
Tạo hiệu quả thiết thực hơn trong phong trào tình nguyện, sát với nhu cầu của các địa phương tham gia chiến dịch;
Thông qua các hoạt động tình nguyện, đẩy mạnh công tác tập hợp, đoàn kết, giáo dục và tạo môi trường để sinh viên trao dồi kiến thức, tiếp cận thực tiễn, được rèn luyện năng lực công tác quần chúng, nhân cách và bản lĩnh chính trị nhằm đáp ứng tốt nhất nhu cầu hoạt động xã hội, nhu cầu cống hiến sức trẻ và trưởng thành của sinh viên, đồng thời tạo sự gắn kết giữa những người con Lấp Vò đang học tập xa nhà;
Một hoạt động tình nguyện giúp cho các bạn sinh viên góp phần sức lực nhỏ bé của mình giúp đỡ cho bà con quê nhà.
2. Yêu cầu:
Nội dung hoạt động của Chiến dịch Xuân tình nguyện 2016 của Chi hội sinh viên Lấp Vò tại TP.HCM phải thật sự thiết thực, hiệu quả, phù hợp với khả năng và tình hình của địa phương nơi diễn ra chiến dịch.
Chiến dịch Xuân tình nguyện 2016 Sinh viên Lấp Vò phải thật sự để lại ấn tượng đẹp cho người dân.

Hoạt động chiến dịch phải đảm bảo tính đội hình và an ninh trong nội bộ.


II. THỜI GIAN- ĐỊA ĐIỂM
Thời gian: Từ ngày 27/01 đến ngày 01/02/2016 (nhầm 18-23AL)
Địa điểm: Huyện Lấp Vò, tỉnh Đồng Tháp


III. TỔ CHỨC LỰC LƯỢNG - NỘI DUNG THỰC HIỆN:
1. Tổ chức lực lượng:
Số lượng: 30 - 40 chiến sĩ
Ban chỉ huy gồm: 1 đội trưởng, 2 đội phó, 2 ủy viên
2. Nội dung thực hiện:
Các hoạt động do địa phương sắp xếp và bố trí;
Công tác đền ơn đáp nghĩa – uống nước nhớ nguồn: thăm tặng quà các gia đình chính sách, có công cách mạng tặng qùa tết cho họ.
Tổ chức các hoạt động giao lưu, giải trí nâng cao đời sống tinh thần cho thanh thiếu nhi và người dân như: giao lưu thể thao, giao lưu văn nghệ,…
chụp ảnh tết cho thiếu nhi.
Tổ chức sinh hoạt thiếu nhi, hỗ trợ thiếu nhi; tổ chức cuộc thi vẽ tranh và văn nghệ thiếu nhi;
Sống cùng dân, trọn nghĩa tình: Chia làm nhiều nhóm mỗi nhóm 2-3 bạn , giúp dọn dẹp , trang trí lại nhà dân trong dịp tết đối với những cụ neo đơn hoặc gia đình khó khăn.

Tổ chức Hội thi Gói và nấu bánh tét cho Tình nguyện viên,gửi tặng các cụ già neo đơn tại địa phương
Thực hiện công trình thanh niên: phát quang cây cỏ;
Các hoạt động khác: Công tác tuyên truyền pháp luật, bảo vệ môi trường, sức khỏe sinh sản, an toàn giao thông…1
