Công ty hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm đối với hồ sơ, tài liệu đã cung cấp cho Đoàn kiểm tra. Nếu sau này cơ quan chức năng kiểm tra phát hiện thêm tài liệu mới có khác so với tài liệu đã cung cấp có thể dẫn đến làm phát sinh thêm tiền thuế phải nộp hoặc truy hoàn, Công ty sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật về quản lý thuế
