Để thực hiện đạt kết quả doanh số như Ban Tổng giám đốc đưa ra cho ngành vaccine, Phòng truyền thông đưa ra kế hoạch PR nhằm hỗ trợ cho ngành Vacccine của công ty như sau:
1. Ký hợp đồng với báo Thanh Niên tại khu vực Đông Nam Bộ nhằm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật sử dụng, bảo quản vaccine cho bà con chăn nuôi. Chi phí cho hoạt động này là: 100 triệu đồng/16 tháng.
2. Ký hợp đồng với VTV9 trong thời gian 12 tháng để họ đưa thông tin trong các hoạt động PR sản phẩm Vaccine. Chi phí: 300 triệu đồng.
3. Chi phí PR trên các báo khác và phát thanh là 200 triệu đồng.
Bao gồm các hoạt động:
1. Tổ chức hội thảo cho người chăn nuôi.
2. Viết các bài PR về những đặc điểm vượt trội của sản phẩm Hester đăng trên các báo.
3. Khi chuyên gia Hester sang Việt Nam hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhân viên và người chăn nuôi Mebipha (có kế hoạch riêng)
4. Mời báo chí tham quan một số trại gà để nghe người chăn nuôi đánh giá sau đó viết bài trên báo.
5. Tổ chức quay các Clip phim ở một số trại và cho chủ trại đánh giá sản phẩm. Clip phim này sẽ trình chiếu ở các buổi hội thảo kỹ thuật của công ty.
Mỗi hoạt động đều có kế hoạch riêng, cụ thể.
