Bên Tiếp Nhận Thông Tin phải ngay l

Bên Tiếp Nhận Thông Tin phải ngay lập tức thông báo với nhân viên, đại lý, nhà thầu hay nhà tư vấn độc lập được cung cấp Thông Tin Bảo Mật về nghĩa vụ theo Thỏa Thuận này và phải thực hiện những biện pháp cần thiết để đảm bảo tính bảo mật của Thông Tin Bảo Mật sẽ được duy trì theo Thỏa Thuận này. Bên Tiếp Nhận Thông Tin đồng ý dành sự quan tâm hợp lý, nhưng không được thấp hơn mức độ được Bên Tiếp Nhận Thông Tin sử dụng để bảo vệ những Thông Tin bảo mật thuộc sở hữu của chính họ để ngăn cản việc sử dụng trái phép, cung cấp, phổ biến Thông Tin Bảo Mật.
