First I will start with my experiences with career week and vocational programs for the tourism industry. Just like with my expectations when it began planning the residual input exam examination of Finland, I was exposed to a new learning environment. I have spent 4 years at University in my home country, Vietnam. And I think that could give me a bit of experience when learning here. What impressed me when learning here is that we are going into contact with the actual work environment right from the first time of course, we are going to visit one of the famous 4-star hotel in Lapland, the hotel .... Different travel programs in particular and other disciplines in General in Vietnam, us more exposure with the concept and theory, and was exposed to the actual working environment through the work done more, or just be going to work at the end of the course. One of the reasons for that, is probably due to the differences in the educational systems of Vietnam and Finland. In Vietnam, there is no such University programs with application of the working environment and practices to bring the high applicability. The purpose of the application is the University training of the labour force is abundant and varied for many of the working environment and the labour market. Most of the universities in Vietnam's universities, the universities train students of theory and research. And the students at the University can only contact with practical working environment at the last moment after 4 or 5 years of study. I myself have spent 4 years at University in Vietnam, my majors is Bachelor of Thai Language in foreign languages Da Nang University. And only if in the second period of four years, I was in the company of Thailand in Vietnam. Earlier during the learning process, the experience which I accumulated is from the employment and doing translation for the groups of tourists Thailand travel in Vietnam. The lack of practical work experience after school most students of Vietnam is one of the reasons for the unemployment rate of University students in Vietnam are always high. (The figure up to 162000 students in 2014). And job training model as UAS appear only in the vocational schools in Vietnam.
