Doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành Quy chế quản lý tiền chất sử dụng trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp theo Thông tư 42/2013/TT-BCT của Bộ Công Thương về việc quy định quản lý, kiểm soát tiền chất trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp.
Doanh nghiệp phải thực hiện việc khai báo bằng văn bản đến Bộ Công thương đúng quy định đối với các hóa chất thuộc Danh mục hóa chất phải khai báo; đảm bảo đáp ứng các điều kiện theo quy định về hoạt động kinh doanh hóa chất; và chịu sự kiểm tra, giám sát của Bộ công thương và các cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
