Căn cứ Hợp đồng xây dựng số 29/HĐ - XD - 2015, ngày 01 tháng 12 tháng 2015 đã được ký kết đã ký giữa Công ty TNHH BAOSTEEL CAN MAKING (Huế Việt Nam) và Công ty TNHH Đạt Long về việc Thi công công trình cấp điện Công ty TNHH BAOSTEEL CAN MAKING(HUẾ VIỆT NAM) tại khu công nghiệp Phú Bài, tỉnh TT Huế”
Căn cứ theo yêu cầu của Ban quản lý khu công nghiệp Phú Bài về việc không được thi công đường dây 22KV trên không vượt các đường trong khu công nghiệp mà phải sử dụng đường dây cáp ngầm 22KV.
Hôm nay, vào lúc 07 giờ 30 phút ngày 17 tháng 12 năm 2015.

III. Nội dung:
Sau khi kiểm tra thực tế tại hiện trường công trình, các bên liên quan thống nhất các nội dung như sau:
1. Khối lượng phát sinh tăng: Nguyên nhân dẫn đến việc bổ sung, hiệu chỉnh thiết kế khối lượng công trình do ngầm hóa đoạn vượt đường tại cột điện đấu nối đến cột điện lắp đặt dao cách ly và thiết bị bảo vệ cáp tuyến cáp ngầm 22KV.
Giá trị khối lượng phát sinh tăng là: 127.937.000 đồng (Một trăm hai mươi bảy triệu, chín trăm ba mươi bảy ngàn đồng. (kèm theo phụ lục chi tiết)
2. Khối lượng phát sinh giảm: Nguyên nhân dẫn đến việc giảm khối lượng so với thiết kế ban đầu của công trình do ngầm hóa đoạn vượt đường tại cột điện đấu nối đến cột điện lắp đặt dao cách ly (bỏ tuyến đường dây trên không 22KV).
Giá trị khối lượng phát sinh giảm là: 14.344.000 đồng (Mười bốn triệu, ba trăm bốn mươi bốn ngàn đồng. (kèm theo phụ lục chi tiết)
3. Ý kiến của hội đồng xử lý: Căn cứ cơ sở các số liệu và phương án xử lý nêu trên Hội đồng kính đề nghị Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt.
- Đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế lập bổ sung các bản vẽ hồ sơ thiết kế để phù hợp với các nội dung đã xử lý
III. Kết luận: Đại diện các đơn vị liên quan thống nhất những nội dung như trên.
