* Khó khăn:
- Nhu cầu xã hội ngày càng cao, yêu cầu phục vụ của khách hàng ngày càng trở nên khắt khe đặc biệt là trong các ngành cung cấp dịch vụ. Người lao động luôn phải hoàn thiện kiến thức, nâng cao các kỹ năng làm việc.
- Sự tiến bộ nhanh chóng của khoa học kỹ thuật, công nghệ làm cho việc đào tạo luôn phải cập nhật, đổi thay.
- Các chương trình giảng dạy chưa bắt kịp thực tế.
