Học bổng Mitsubishi do Ngân hàng thống nhất Nhật Bản - Ngân hàng Tokyo Mitsubishi (Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi) tài trợ. Chương trình học bổng quốc tế Mitsubishi là một trong những chương trình trợ giúp giáo dục mà tập đoàn Mitsubishi đã và đang mang đến cho sinh viên các nước, trong đó có sinh viên Việt Nam. Mỗi năm có rất nhiều suất học bổng Mitsubishi được trao tặng cho các sinh viên nghèo vượt khó, học giỏi và tích cực tham gia các hoạt động cộng đồng.
Đối tượng mà quỹ học bổng hướng tới là sinh viên có kết quả học tập đạt loại Giỏi và kết quả rèn luyện đạt loại Tốt trở lên. Mỗi suất học bổng trị giá 310 USD và có khoảng 40 suất mỗi năm. Thời gian nhận hồ sơ thường là tháng 7 hàng năm và thời gian nhận học bổng là sau một tháng.
