12 Có trách nhiệm kiểm tra vật dụng cá nhân của cán bộ, công nhân viên, nhà thầu và khách thăm của Bên A khi ra vào mục tiêu theo quy định của Bên A (các quy định đó phải phù hợp với pháp luật của Việt Nam). Trong trường hợp bất kỳ ai bị phát hiện là lấy cắp tài sản từ khu vực bảo vệ của Bên A thì nhân viên bảo vệ của Bên B sẽ bắt giữ kẻ gian, lập biên bản và thông báo ngay cho người có trách nhiệm của Bên A.
13 Nhân viên bảo vệ của Bên B sẽ hợp tác trong mức độ cho phép cao nhất với các nhân viên có liên quan của Bên A cũng như các cơ quan duy trì pháp luật của địa phương để điều tra nội bộ bên trong hoặc đối với các trường hợp khác khi cần sự giúp đỡ.
