Lô hàng này được thông quan bởi 1 công ty khác, không phải SAFI. vì vậy SAFI chỉ hỗ trợ SD5 trong việc kết nối với Lào Nissin.

Như chúng tôi đã thông báo, hàng hoá đã được xếp lên xe và vận chuyển tới Cầu Treo vì vậy việc chia bớt phần hàng hoá đang bị quá tải so với quy định tại Lào là không thể thực hiện.

SAFI đã cố gắng làm tất cả những gì có thể, tuy nhiên trong trường hợp này chỉ có 1 giải pháp duy nhất là giữ nguyên tình trạng hiện tại của hàng hoá trên xe vận tải, nếu khi sang đến Lào có vấn đề phát sinh thì tất cả mọi chi phí tiền phạt, chi phí liên quan sẽ tính cho SD5(FWD's SD5).
