Trong tình hình khủng hoảng tiền tệ, một số nước như Hàn Quốc, Thái Lan, Nhật Bản lại tăng lượng nhập khẩu, mở ra hiều cơ hội cho các nhà xuất khẩu việt nam.trong khi đó ở thị trường châu âu, việt nam đã có nhiều điều kiện thuận lợi để tăng lượng xuất khẩu.
