1. Đơn vị truyền tải điện có trách

1. Đơn vị truyền tải điện có trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch đầu tư phát triển lưới điện truyền tải của năm tới, có xét đến bốn (04) năm tiếp theo.
2. Kế hoạch đầu tư phát triển lưới điện truyền tải hàng năm được lập trên các cơ sở sau đây:
a) Kết quả dự báo nhu cầu phụ tải đã được công bố;
b) Phù hợp với quy hoạch phát triển điện lực quốc gia, quy hoạch phát triển điện lực tỉnh đã được phê duyệt và các thỏa thuận đấu nối đã ký;
c) Đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn vận hành lưới điện quy định tại Chương II Thông tư này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
