Bên A đồng ý rằng, trong trường hợp Ben A vi phạm hoặc không tuân thủ đầy đủ các Điều khoản 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 ở trên, dẫn đến việc có một hay nhiều bên thứ ba khác khiếu kiện Sun Flower Media Company hoặc các Toàn soạn, dù dưới bất cứ hình thức nào hay vì bất cứ lý do nào, bắt nguồn từ việc đăng các mẫu quảng cáo của Bên A thì Bên A sẽ chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm và sẽ loại trừ cho Sun Flower Media Company hoặc các Tóa soạn tất cả mọi khiếu kiện đó.
10.5 Các Tòa soạn nhắc đến ở Điều 1 giữ nguyên chấp nhận hoặc từ chối bất cứ quảng cáo, khuyến mãi, thả tờ rơi, gắn mẫu hoặc tài trợ theo quan điểm riêng không bị giới hạn của họ.
10.6 Căn cứ theo Luật Việt Nam, các Tóa soạn nhắc đến ở Điều 1 sẽ thêm vào dòng chữ "Quảng cáo", "Tự giới thiệu", "KHuyến Mại", "Gắn kèm" hoặc "Mục nafydo Khơ thị tài trợ" hay đặt ở phía trên bất cứ quảng cáo, bài tự giới thiệu, thả tờ rơi hoặc trang có tài trợ, tùy theo từng trường hợp.
