Tôi đã được học về tất cả các phân xưởng trong toàn bộ nhà máy như CDU, RFCC, RHDS, PP, UTILITY, JETY… việc này giúp tôi hiểu rõ và có thể thấy được mối lien quan giữa các phân xưởng. Sự hoạt động của phân xưởng này sẽ ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động của các phân xưởng khác. Các phân xưởng giống như một mắt xích trong một mối quan hệ chặt chẽ vì vậy để nhà máy hoạt động tốt cần duy trì các mắt xích này ở điều kiện tốt nhất. Mỗi phân xưởng đều có những đặc điểm khác nhau. Vì vậy sau khi học nắm được khái quát về nhà máy lọc dầu. Tôi đã được trang bị những kiến thức rộng sâu rộng hơn về các phân xưởng riêng biệt trong nhà máy.
