TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC: Quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến công việc kinh doanh hằng ngày của công ty, kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức, quy chế quản lý nội bộ công ty,bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, cách chức các chức danh quản lý trong công ty,quyết định lương và phụ cấp (nếu có) đối với người lao động trong công ty kể cả người quản lý thuộc thẩm quyền bổ nhiệm của Giám đốc hoặc Tổng Giám đốc,Tuyển dụng lao động, kiến nghị phương án trả cổ tức hoặc xử lý lỗ trong kinh doanh.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

GENERAL MANAGER: decide the issues related to the day-to-day business of the company, proposed plan structure, bylaws internal company management, appointment, resignation and dismiss managerial positions within the company, decide on salaries and allowances (if any) in respect of employees in the company including the manager appointed under the authority of the directors or the Chief Executive Officer, recruit, propose options that pay dividends or the handle holes in the business.
