Qua bài nghiên cứu có hệ thống về quyền lao động của Việt Nam và người nước ngoài nhằm nói rõ các vấn đề quyền lao động của Việt Nam và quyền lao động của nước ngoài . Ngoài ra, cũng nhằm bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích của người Việt Nam sang nước ngoài làm việc và nược lại. Luận văn có mục đích nhằm đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện các luật pháp để hoàn thiện hơn về việc bảo vệ quyền lời của người lao động ở nước ta nói chung và nước ngoài nói riêng. Góp phần nâng cao hiệu quản lý của Nhà nước về hoạt động đưa người lao động Việt Nam ra nước ngoài cũng như hoạt động tiếp nhận người nước ngoài vao Việt Nam.
