A. ĐẶT VẤN
Trong thời đại ngày nay, khi nền kinh tế ngày càng phát triển, sự giao lưu về văn hoá, xã hội giữa các Quốc gia ngày càng mở rộng, việc giao tiếp của con người ở những quốc gia khác nhau đòi hỏi người ta phải biết sử dụng các ngoại ngữ thông dụng ngoài tiếng mẹ đẻ của mình. Trong các ngôn ngữ giao tiếp thông dụng trên thế giới, tiếng Anh ngày nay đang được coi là ngôn ngữ phổ biến nhất.
Từ nhiều năm nay, việc dạy và học tiếng Anh trong các trường phổ thông không còn là điều mới mẻ. Mục tiêu mà Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã đề ra cho chương trình học tiếng Anh ở trường tiểu học là : Giúp cho học sinh học tiếng Anh trên cơ sở rèn luyện bốn kỹ năng : Nghe - Nói - Đọc - Viết. Để đạt được mục tiêu đó, tôi đã luôn tìm tòi những phương pháp giảng dạy cho phù hợp với từng giai đoạn học và từng đối tượng học sinh của mình.
Đối với học sinh tiểu học, là đối tượng ở giai đoạn đầu của chương trình học ngoại ngữ. Vấn đề luôn làm tôi quan tâm là : Làm thế nào để các em có được hứng thú khi học ngoại ngữ ?
Xét về mặt tâm sinh lý mà nói thì ở giai đoạn này, việc học văn hoá nói chung và học ngoại ngữ nói riêng vừa dễ lại vừa khó. Nói dễ vì ở giai đoạn này, cơ thể và trí não của các em đang ở giai đoạn phát triển, có thể dễ dàng tiếp thu kiến thức. Nhưng cũng khó vì đây cũng là giai đoạn các em rất ham chơi, chưa xác định rõ ràng được động cơ học tập của mình.
Vậy làm thế nào để các em có được hứng thú đối với việc học tiếng Anh - là ngôn ngữ không phải tiếng mẹ đẻ của mình ? Đó là câu hỏi mà tôi luôn trăn trở, băn khoăn trước mỗi giờ lên lớp. Vì vậy tôi đã mạnh dạn chọn đề tài “ Kinh nghiệm dạy một tiết Tiếng Anh lớp 3 đạt hiệu quả”

The problem always interests me is: How do the children get excited when learning a foreign language?In terms of physical speaking at this stage, the study of culture in General and the language is particularly easy to medium difficult. Easier said because at this stage, the body and the mind of the children are in the development stage, can easily absorb the knowledge. But also hard because this is the stage I'm so giddy, yet clearly identified are the engine of their study.So how do you get the inspiration for learning English-language is not my native language?
