3. Đồng thời với việc ký kết Hợp Đồng này, Các Bên sẽ cùng làm đơn xin điều chỉnh Giấy Chứng nhận Đầu tư để thực hiện các hoạt động dự kiến nêu tại Hợp đồng này.
Sau khi xem xét các điều khoản, điều kiện và các thoả thuận trong Hợp Đồng này, Các Bên nhất trí như sau:
