- Trường hợp hàng hóa nhập về thuộc

- Trường hợp hàng hóa nhập về thuộc dạng hàng quốc cấm tại Việt Nam và bị tịch thu thì Bên B hoàn toàn chịu mọi trách nhiệm trước các Cơ quan pháp luật Việt Nam. Bên A hoàn toàn không chịu trách nhiệm trước các Cơ quan pháp luật. Bên B có trách nhiệm hoàn trả toàn bộ số tiền hàng cho Bên A đã thanh toán cho Người bán nước ngoài.
- Trường hợp hàng hóa nhập về thuộc dạng hàng tạm nhập tái xuất, thì Bên B phải chịu mọi chi phí cho việc tạm nhập tái xuất, chịu trách nhiệm thu hồi tiền hàng từ Người bán nước ngoài và hoàn trả toàn bộ tiền hàng cho Bên A đã thanh toán cho Người bán nước ngoài.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-The case of the goods imported in the form of goods banned in Vietnam and seized then Side B fully charge before Vietnam law agencies. Party A totally not responsible before the law. Party B is responsible to reimburse the full amount for A Party who has paid to the seller.-The case of the goods imported in the form of temporary import goods back, Side B must bear all costs for the temporary export of re-entry, is responsible for the recovery of money from foreign sellers and repaid the entire amount for A Party who has paid to the seller.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- In case of imported goods in the form of national goods banned in Vietnam and confiscated, it shall fully bear all responsibility before the law of Vietnam Agency. Party A completely responsible before the law offices. Party B is responsible for paying the entire amount of goods to Party A has paid the foreign seller.
- In case of imported goods in the form of goods temporarily imported for re-export, then Party B shall bear all expenses for temporary re-export, responsible for goods withdrawn from the foreign seller and refund the entire amount of goods to Party A has paid the foreign seller.
