Thanh lý hợp đồng
Khi kết thúc hợp đồng, người lao động có trách nhiệm bàn giao cho công ty những tài liệu, tài sản, vật dụng, trang thiết bị mà người lao động được giao trong thời gian làm việc.
Người lao động có trách nhiệm bàn giao đầy đủ, nguyên trạng những vật dụng, trang thiết trị, phương tiện làm việc mà công ty đã cung cấp cho người lao động.
Công ty có nghĩa vụ trả hồ sơ lao động, thanh toán tất cả các khoản nợ lương ( nếu có) và trợ cấp thôi việc cho người lao động

Liquidation of the contractAt the end of the contract, the employee shall hand over to the company the documents, property, supplies, equipment and that the employees were delivered during work. Employees are responsible for the delivery of complete, original items, medical treatment, work means that the company has provided to employees. The company is obliged to pay the labour profile, pay all wage debts (if any) and the retrenchment of its employees

Liquidation of the contract
when the contract ends, the employee is responsible for the company handed over the documents, property, supplies, equipment which the employee is assigned to work in time.
The employee has responsible for handing complete and intact items, equipment and therapy, working means that the company has provided to the employee.
The company is obliged to pay the employee records, pay all debts salary (if any) and severance allowance to employees
