Điều 15. Giải quyết tranh chấp
1. Bên A và bên B có trách nhiệm giải quyết các tranh chấp phát sinh giữa hai bên thông qua thương lượng, hòa giải.
2. Nếu tranh chấp không thể giải quyết được bằng thương lượng, hòa giải trong 30 ngày kể từ khi bắt đầu thương thuyết mà hai bên không đạt được thỏa thuận thì một trong hai bên có quyền khởi kiện tại Tòa Kinh tế - Tòa án Nhân Dân Thành phố Hà Nội để yêu cầu giải quyết tranh chấp. Phán xét của Tòa là quyết định cuối cùng để xử lý các tranh chấp có liên quan.
