Cơ duyên đến với Bravesoft Việt Nam cũng không bất ngờ lắm. Sau khi đứa em từ FPT rủ rê thì phân vân giữa quận 9 và quận 3 (Bravesoft Việt Nam). Vì BSV trong nội thành cũng như phù hợp với sức khoẻ thế là Bravesoft Việt Nam thẳng tiến. Từ khi bước chân vào BSV đến nay cái tôi luôn trân trọng nhất là sự gần gũi của sếp với từng nhân viên, riêng với tôi thì sếp luôn tôn trọng quyết định của mình và có những lúc khó khăn trong công việc cũng như trong cuộc sống đều được sự chia sẻ chân thành từ sếp.

Tại đây tôi luôn yên tâm làm việc hết mình và được cống hiến những gì có thể một cách tốt nhất. Thêm vào đó, xung quanh tôi là những đồng nghiệp trẻ tuổi, đầy nhiệt quyết tạo nên môi trường làm việc thoải mái vui vẻ mỗi ngày sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng, đã từng bước góp phần tạo nên BSV như ngày hôm nay.

Điều tôi cảm thấy hạnh phúc nhất trong công việc là tạo ra được những sản phẩm tốt làm hài lòng khách hàng và tạo ra những sản phẩm Nhật Bản có chất lượng tốt được làm tại thị trường Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, mong muốn của tôi còn là hướng đến một Bravesoft Việt Nam luôn phát triển lớn mạnh, theo mục tiêu trở thành một công ty trẻ năng động và môi trường làm việc thân thiện, thoải mái cùng với phương châm 3C của công ty "CHUYÊN NGHIỆP - CHIA SẺ - CẦU TIẾN".
