Ngài Radlinger kính mến !
Vì tôi không biết tiếng Đức nên không thể nói những suy nghĩ của tôi với Ngài, tôi đã ốm vì việc này, tôi đã gửi nhiều lần mẫu hợp đồng đào tạo nghề cho BSI để cho ngài tham khảo., nhưng vẫn không làm đúng như Sứ quán yêu cầu, ngày 21.4.2016 tôi tiếp tục cho học sinh vào nộp hợp đồng đào tạo do BSI đã gửi, sứ quán không chấp nhận vì hợp đồng không hợp lệ. Hiện nay tôi đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn về việc chậm trễ của BSI thưa ngài. Trong khi hợp đồng đào tạo BSI còn chưa làm được, BSI liên tục thay đổi những thỏa thuận và yêu cầu tôi chuyển một khoản tiền rất lớn cho BSI khi chưa có hợp đồng đào tạo nghề hợp lệ. BSI không thực hiện nghiêm túc như ban đầu đã thỏa thuận với Phương Đông. Thư mời ngày 28.5.2016 đến 02.9.2016 Phương Đông chưa nhận đủ, đề nghị ngài gửi sớm nhất có thể, Ngài cho tôi biết ý kiến của ngài về BSI ? hiện nay tôi đã giới thiệu với các học sinh trên toàn Việt Nam biết đến sự hợp tác của chúng ta và đã lên kế hoạch tuyển dụng cho 2017,Thưa ngài tôi là một phụ nữ rất trân trọng tình hữu nghị và sự hợp tác, vì công đồng trung, muốn đưa thế hệ trẻ lên tầm cao về ý thức con người, nghề nghiệp vì vậy tôi đã chọn trường của Ngài để hợp tác lâu dài,
25 học sinh đã nộp tiền vào tài khoản phong tỏa tại Vietinbank trả tiền học phí cho khóa học tiếng, sau khi học sinh nhập cảnh vào Đức, tôi sẽ trực tiếp làm việc với ngân hàng, làm thủ tục trả trực tiếp cho trường, đây là cách tôi đã làm cho các khóa học năm 2015 xin ngài tin tưởng vào tôi.Chúng ta cùng tìm các giải pháp đi đến thành công lớn hơn và nhiều ý nghĩa.,như đã đề nghị với ngài tôi cử chuyên viên sang quản lý lớp học sinh này, đề nghị ngài chấp thuận cấp thư mời cho cô ấy .
