Khoa Luật đã tiến hành công tác xây dựng, chỉnh sửa các CTĐT theo đúng hướng dẫn chỉ đạo của ĐHQGHN và của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo về việc xây dựng chuẩn đầu ra và điều chỉnh chương trình đào tạo theo hướng tiếp cận CDIO đáp ứng nhu cầu xã hội kể từ năm học 2011-2012 (H3.03.01.01). Trong quá trình xây dựng, chỉnh sửa hoàn thiện CTĐT đều có tham khảo với chương trình đào tạo của các nước tiên tiến trên thế giới như Đại học Quốc gia Singapo, Đại học Thượng Hải, Đại học Seyney..., đồng thời Khoa rất chú trọng tới việc lấy ý kiến góp ý của đội ngũ giảng viên, các chuyên gia trong và ngoài nước, nhà quản lý, Hội đồng chuyên môn và Hội đồng Khoa học đào tạo Khoa Luật. Báo cáo khảo sát trong lần chỉnh sửa CTĐT năm 2012 cho thấy đội ngũ giảng viên tham gia góp ý kiến đạt 45% trong tổng số các đối tượng được hỏi là chuyên gia, người học, người sử dụng lao động. Trong lần chỉnh sửa CTĐT năm 2015 có trên 60/70 các giảng viên trong Khoa được lấy ý kiến thông qua các cuộc họp chuyên môn của Bộ môn, các cuộc họp của Ban chỉnh sửa CTĐT (H1.01.01.04),(H1.01.01.05) . Các ý kiến, đề xuất, kiến nghị phản hồi của giảng viên, chuyên gia được thông qua các buổi họp chuyên môn, hội thảo, các buổi họp Hội đồng KH&ĐT được Khoa tiếp thu làm cơ sở cho việc thiết kế, chỉnh sửa CTĐT (điều chỉnh số môn học và số tín chỉ của các môn học trong CTĐT) (H11.11.01.02).
