on the world situation, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh stressed the trend of reform, innovation, restructuring background economy in many countries and the process of internationalization is creating major opportunities to promote cooperation, regional integration and globalization. the UN adopted in 2015 Agenda for sustainable Development 2030 , Addis Ababa action Program on Finance for Development, the Paris agreement on climate change and Sen-belt Framework for action on disaster risk reduction is not only to address and respond to the challenges before but it will also create new impetus to the partnership relations actually, effectively, creating a more sustainable basis for peace and common prosperity.
