a) Không thấp hơn mức lương tối thiểu vùng đối với người lao động chưa qua đào tạo làm công việc giản đơn nhất;
b) Cao hơn ít nhất 7% so với mức lương tối thiểu vùng đối với người lao động đã qua học nghề.

a) is not lower than the minimum wage for employees not yet through the simple job training;b) at least 7% higher than the minimum wage for employees through apprenticeship.

a) Not less than the minimum wage for workers not trained to do the most basic work;
