Các căn cứ xác lập quyền sở hữu trí

Các căn cứ xác lập quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và đối tượng bảo vệ quyền SHTT ở Việt Nam về cơ bản, đã được quy định rõ trong Luật Sở hữu trí tuệ và các văn bản pháp quy khác. Tuy nhiên, có thể thấy rõ các căn cứ để xác lập quyền sở hữu trí tuệ cũng như đối tượng của bảo vệ quyền SHTT đều căn cứ theo quy định trong các điều luật về SHTT của WTO
