Sau khi tôi đánh giá kết quả đạt được tiếp theo tôi đưa cho họ kế hoạch của tháng tiếp theo , cứ như vậy tôi thỉnh thoảng kiểm tra họ trong tuần ,,
Và cứ thế mỗi tháng vẫn đều như vậy ..
