1. LỊCH SỬ HÌNH THÀNH VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN
Công ty Cp dệt may Huế (viết tắt là HUEGATEX) được thành lập từ năm 1988 là đơn vị thành viên của tập đoàn Dệt may Việt Nam (VINATEX) và hiệp hội Dệt may việt Nam (VITAS) thuộc Bộ công nghiệp có trụ sở chính đóng tại xã Thủy Dương, huyện Hương Thủy, Tỉnh thừa Thiên Huế nằm trên đường Quốc lộ 1A, cách Tp Huế 2 km về phía Nam, cách sân bay Phú Bài 10 km về phía Bắc
CÁC LĨNH VỰC KINH DOANH CHÍNH
+ Sản xuất, kinh doanh xuất - nhập khẩu các sản phẩm sợi, vải, may mặc.
+ Nguyên liệu, thiết bị ngành dệt may.

2. CƠ CẤU TỔ CHỨC CỦA CÔNG TY
a) Các phòng ban bao gồm : Phòng Tổ chức hành chính, Phòng Kế Toán Tài Chính, Phòng Kế Hoạch Xuất Nhập Khẩu, Phòng Kĩ Thuật Đầu Tư, Phòng Kinh Doanh, Phòng Quản Lí Chất Lượng Sản Phẩm, Ban Bảo Vệ, Trạm Y Tế và Ban Đời Sống.
