Mọi thông báo, yêu cầu hoặc văn bản giao dịch khác nhằm thực hiện hợp đồng này đều phải được lập thành văn bản, do người có thẩm quyền ký tên và đóng dấu (nếu có) mới có hiệu lực. Các tài liệu đó phải gửi đến bên nhận theo địa chỉ được nêu trong hợp đồng này bằng một trong những cách thức sau:
