16.3. Trước khi chuyển giao các nội dung quy định tại Khoản 16 và 16.2 Điều này, nếu cần thiết [Bbb] và Doanh nghiệp dự án sẽ thành lập “Hội đồng bàn giao”. Hội đồng bàn giao này sẽ thực hiện các công việc chuẩn bị cần thiết để hoàn thành các việc chuyển giao Công trình dự án từ Doanh nghiệp dự án cho [Bbb] hoặc Cơ quan khác được chỉ định;
16.4. Một năm trước khi chuyển giao Công trình dự án (hoặc một phần Công trình dự án) được thực hiện, Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án phải đăng mỗi tháng một kỳ cho 9 tháng đầu, mỗi tháng 2 kỳ cho 3 tháng còn lại trên một tờ báo trung ương hàng ngày và một tờ báo địa phương về việc chuyển giao Công trình dự án cho Nhà nước, thủ tục, thời hạn thanh lý hợp đồng, thanh toán các khoản nợ.
