5. Thỏa thuận chung:
5.1 Biên bản ghi nhớ này là cơ sở pháp lý khung để các bên tham gia triển khai các thủ tục, công việc tiếp theo liên quan tới dự án;
5.2 Biên bản ghi nhớ này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày được hai bên ký kết và bị chấm dứt hiệu lực khi được thay thế bởi một bản thoả thuận có hiệu lực khác;
5.3 Trong quá trình hợp tác, nếu có xảy ra khiếu nại hay tranh chấp thì các bên sẽ cùng xem xét, phân tích và làm rõ trên tinh thần hợp tác và tuân theo pháp luật của Việt Nam;
5.4 Biên bản ghi nhớ này được lập thành 4 (bốn) bản bằng tiếng Việt, có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên lưu giữ 02 (hai) bản
