Nhiều học sinh có quan điểm chỉ cần học giỏi, đạt điểm cao trong các môn học là đủ. Một số học sinh lại chú trọng tham gia các câu lạc bộ và hoạt động ngoại khóa .Đó là những ý kiến của các học sinh đang còn đang đi học , nhưng theo tôi tôi cho rằng theo xu hướng hiện tại của việc chọn nghề nghiệp đối với các học sinh ra trường hiện nay là vấn đề học lực và khả năng giao tiếp , tham gia tốt các hoạt động tập thể đều là vô cùng cần thiết . Nếu chỉ có đầu óc thông minh và bằng cấp thì vẫn chưa đủ để có thể tìm kiếm việc làm , cho dù bạn có kiếm được thì cũng không phải là công việc như bạn mong muốn bởi vì nếu bạn chỉ dựa trên cơ sở học lực của mình để làm việc mà không tham gia vào tập thể công ty thì cũng vô ích . Trước đây khi còn đi học có thể bạn chỉ chú tâm vào việc học không tham gia vào hoạt động lớp thì có thể nhưng nếu bạn muốn ra ngoài làm việc thì bạn cần phải biết hội nhập với tập thể phải biết làm việc nhóm . Đi làm và đi học là hai việc hoàn toàn khác nhau không thể áp dụng cách bạn học và bài làm bài như thế nào như trước đây để áp dụng vào lúc làm việc .Vì lúc đi học đó là bài học của bạn nhưng khi đi làm nó là công việc của cả tập thể cho nên bạn cần cân bằng cả hai điều này ngay khi còn ngồi trên ghế nhà trường bên cạnh việc học cũng cần chú trọng đến hoạt động tập thể . Ngược lại với những học sinh này , nhữngng cô cậu học sinh chỉ biết tham gia hoạt động tập thể chỉ chú trọng đến các hoạt động ngoại khóa thì cũng không hoàn toàn đúng .Đương nhiên tham gia phong trào trường lớp là tốt nhưng không nên chỉ quan tâm đến những việc này vì bạn đến trường là để được phát huy tư duy lẫn thể chất .Chính vì vậy , bên cạnh những các hoạt động đó bạn cần quan tâm đến việc học của mình không nên chú tâm đến một việc . Dù theo tiêu chí hiện nay các công ty đều lựa chọn những người lanh lợi biết giao tiếp bạn tham gia những hoạt động này sẽ rất có ích trong cách làm việc sau này trong tương lai của bạn .Nhưng bên cạnh đó họ còn chú trọng đến học lực và kiến thức bằng cấp của bạn cho dù bạn giỏi giao tiếp có thể ứng xử tốt trong các trường hợp thì cũng sẽ vô dụng nếu bạn không có kiến thức vững hay nói đúng hơn là bằng cấp xác thực

Mục đích là có thể nuôi dưỡng đào tạo ra những con người hoàn thiện về cả hai mặt tư duy ( học lực ) và các kĩ năng cần có của một con người . vì đó cũng chính là tiêu chí mà các nơi đang tuyển nhân viên làm việc hướng đến . Cả hai yếu tố trên đều cần thiết cho tương lai sau này của bạn , chính vì vậy tôi mong rằng các bạn có thể thay đổi về những quan niệm chỉ theo một chiều trước đây mà hãy biết cân bằng cả hai để hoàn thiện bản thân mình tốt hơn để sau này có một công việc ổn định .
